Why Deep Test Prep doesn’t offer refunds

Deep Test Prep is a one-person business. I write the lessons, build the practice tools, and answer every message myself, so refunds are hard for me to absorb. Instead of offering them, I give you a real share of the library up front so you can make a confident choice. Because of that, all sales are final.

Try the free lessons before you decide to buy

Open a few free lessons in the subject you most want to improve. Work through the solved example, try the practice questions, and notice whether the explanations make the skill click for you. You can find all of them on the Online Library page.

If you like how the free lessons teach, jump in. The paid lessons are made with the same care, and some of them are even better.

If something goes wrong with your purchase

If you can’t reach your paid lessons after buying, or something about a charge looks wrong, please send me a message and I’ll help you sort it out. The full terms of purchase explain the rest, including what happens when a payment is disputed.
